Six Saints Sweetheart cocktail
2 parts Six Saints Rum,
3/4 parts fresh-squeezed lime juice,
3/4 parts grenadine.
Shake over ice and serve straight up in a martini glass.
Garnish with freeze dried strawberry powder for a pop of colour!
Spice Island Daiquiri
500g strawberries
200g ice
100ml Six Saints Rum
juice of 1/2 fresh lime
1-2 tbsp sugar syrup
Fresh whole or sliced strawberry, for garnish
In a blender, add the rum, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberries, and ice. Blend well at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a chilled margarita glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a whole strawberry. Serve and enjoy.
Six Saints Rum Espresso Martini
25ml Six Saints Rum
25ml Coffee Liqueur
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Espresso
3piece(s) Coffee Bean
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 25ml Six Saints Rum, 25ml coffee liqueur, 25ml sugar syrup and 25ml espresso into the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
Garnish with coffee beans.
Six Saints Cranberry
Cranberry juice, lemon and mint will make this recipe an oh-so-refreshing crowd-pleaser at any Christmas party!
4cl Six Saints Rum
5cl Cranberry Juice
1cl Lemon Juice
1cl Vanilla syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters.
Shake with ice and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with orange and a mint sprig.
Hot Mulled Rum
45ml Six Saints Rum
30 ml Red wine
7.5 ml Amaro
7.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
7.5 ml Rich demerara syrup
7.5 ml Rich honey syrup
1⁄4 dropper bitters.
Add all the ingredients into a large pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and serve in a mug or rocks glass.
